I have been teaching music for 26 years.  I received my Bachelor of Music degree from St. Olaf College in piano performance, and a Master of Music degree in piano performance and piano pedagogy from Northwestern University.  I was recently certified as a Musikgarten teacher. I have taught piano privately for 26 years, and have served as an organist in the Lutheran church for 21 years.  I am currently the Director of Music at Magnolia Lutheran Church, where I play the organ and conduct the adult Choir and Bell Choir.  I have also been teaching preschool music for several years.  I’m looking forward to expanding that part of my life and spending more time singing, dancing, jumping, and otherwise having fun!

I live in Seattle with my husband and three daughters.
